Praise the God Who Rewards
Hebrews 11:6 “And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.”
Pray for a Nigerien Believer
Sarah loves visiting the other women in her village and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with them. Many of their husbands are livid that she would speak about Jesus and have come to her husband to complain. These men have forbidden Sarah from visiting their houses.
- Pray that the Lord would continue to provide Sarah with opportunities to share the Gospel.
- Pray that even those who are vehemently opposed to the Gospel would hear the Good News and be transformed.
Cultural Petition
- Pray for Nigerien Muslims who have become disillusioned by the practice of Ramadan.
- Pray that they will become discontent in their empty worship and seek to find the truth.

Intercede on Behalf of the Lost
“Zakari” is a village chief of a large and influential zone among the Hausa people. Zakari has joyfully welcomed Christians into his home and loves to hear about Christ. Zakari believes the truth of the Gospel but is hesitant to place his trust in Jesus Christ because he fears that he will lose his position of power and authority.
- Pray that Zakari would recognize that salvation is found in Christ alone and eternal life is worth far more than any earthly treasure.
- Pray that Zakari would choose to follow Christ and that God would use him to be a tremendous man of influence among the Hausa people in his region of Niger.

- Pray that the Lord’s sovereign hand would guide Nigerien believers through adversity so that they would boldly rise up to continue to declare the gospel in the midst of much conflict.
- Pray that no conflict or persecution would quiet the voices of Nigerien believers.
A Testimony from Across the Muslim World
I am a thirty-year-old man from Tunisia. I was raised in a strict, practicing Muslim family. The first time I went to a church building, I had a government job watching the Christians. I was surprised by their simple message and wondered why we were afraid of them.
One day the Christians gave me a Bible and explained it to me. They prayed for me. I went home and prayed, “God, you know me. If you are true, speak to me.” I had a dream. There were six people being crucified on a cross. The Messiah was also on a cross. My friend from the police gave me a gun and said to shoot them. The Messiah said, “I will never die,” and then he pointed to the others, “They will not die either.” I woke up and called my friend in the dream. He had had the same dream! I understand that only the Messiah offers eternal life and that is why Christians are not afraid. I gave my life to Christ.
Pray that Muslims this Ramadan will have dreams of Christ and will not be afraid to share the Good News!
